Sports As It Can Help Prevent Osteoporosis

Osteoporosis is often considered a bone disease common in older people. Yet young people can contact. Sports like this can prevent osteoporosis. 

Osteoporosis can be prevented by getting used to moving on. Because of that physical exercise should be done well, true, measurable and regular.
 
There are three stages of exercise that can help prevent osteoporosis that stage of primary, secondary and tertiary. At the primary stage is done to a young age to do strenuous exercise.
 
While in secondary and tertiary stages can exercise with the intensity of light as gymnastics, walking or cycling. This phase is intended for those who already have osteoporosis.
 
In addition to sports, advised to consume eat, rich in calcium and multiply vitamin D. "Vitamin D is a lot of sunlight. Do not be afraid of the sun, especially under 9 am and after 3 pm.
 
At least 10-15 minutes basking in the sun by doing other physical activity. If the lack of vitamin D, calcium is consumed as milk or cheese will only circulate in the blood and into the bone. 
 
According to the World Health Organization, WHO, osteoporosis is a disease is not contagious but deadly. Moreover, WHO noted 60 percent of deaths in the world they are due non-communicable diseases, one of which is osteoporosis
